Jesius Renitherias was fatally shot at Keokuk when Officers Lafeber and Conn fired to frighten a crowd of Mexicans who attacked them while they were trying to arrest him. The Mexican was wanted for a minor theft. The policemen say the shooting was accidental and are exonerated of any blame
