Samuel Fluckinger Richland township

I am trying to find out anything I can about Samuel Fluckinger 1845-1897. I understand he farmed in Richland township (Jones county) Listed in the 1880 census. He is my great, great grandfather on my mother's side. would love to figure out where the original homestead was...notes said he built a stone house which was later added onto by his son John Fluckinger. He came here from Switzerland, married Elizabeth Lynch from Ireland (1835-1912) I'm still relatively new to figuring out how to track things down. any help on Samuel would be appreciated. Thanks. DM
