Hinckley News--31 Mar 1949--Clara Houstman, a resident of Bowe’s Boarding Home, formerly a resident of the Sandstone community, passed away on Thursday of last week, March 24, 1949, at over ninety years of age. Funeral services were held on Sunday, March 27th, with Rev. Trevail of Nora officiating, and she was laid to rest in Rosehill cemetery. (next line is blacked out) services, with Miss Hattie Skinner at the piano. She is survived by one son, Floyd Houstman of Turtle Lake, Minn, and a daughter, Mrs. Clara Borchard of Minneapolis. Sympathy is extended to the bereaved relatives--Thought you would like to see this
