ORIGINAL NOTICE

LANE, LUTHER, ARNOTT, GORDON

I'm looking for any additional information concerning the families listed in the following Wyoming Journal notice dated August 23, 1906.

"ORIGINAL NOTICE.
In the District Court of Iowa, in and for
Jones County. September Term, A. D. 1906.
Thomas Edleman. Plaintiff, vs. Jacob Luther.
Mrs, Jacob Luther, Anthony Arnott,
Emily Gordon and Mary Lane, G. H. Lane,
Mrs. Myrtle Byers. Mrs. Edward Lane. Mrs,
C. H. Lane Jr.. William L. Lane, Delbert
Lane, heirs at law of C. H. Lane, deceased.
Anthony Arnott. and the unknown heirs of
Jacob Luther, Mrs. Jacob Luther, Edward
Lane. C. H. Lane Jr.. and Anthony Arnott,
deceased, Defendants."

There are a few mistakes listed below. Sarah Lane would have been the widow of Clement Lane, Sr. and Clement's daughter was named Margaret, not Myrtle, and son was named Albert, not Delbert.

"That Mary Lane is the widow of C. H. Lane
deceased, and G H. Lane, Mrs. Myrtle Byers
Mrs. Edward Lane. Mrs. C. H. Lane Jr., William
L. Lane, Delbert Lane, and the unknown
heirs of Edward Lane, deceased, and
C. H. Lane Jr., deceased."
