Hi,
Lewis and Maggie Mitchell were in Seward, Seward County, Nebraska at the time of James Wood Ireland's death. They moved to Neb. before 1876 and returned to Olin, Jones County, Iowa after July of 1879. Mariah Ireland may have returned with them [speculation].
I also have a picture of a young gentleman taken in Seward, Neb. probably in the late 1800's. I'm not sure, however, if he was a Mitchell or Ireland.
