Joanne,
Thank you so much for all of the information. I had looked at the works by Whitney family but I hadn't seen that entry. That's very interesting and I have been wondering for so long who the Miss Cady was in the Cady Cemetery, the only Cady I think in that cemetery. After I found out about Eleanor Coffin I was so sure Jason could be the father of my Great Grandfather Hial Cady. I wrote to Waterbury,VT where Jason was living in 1810 and there was no record of a Hial Cady being born there. So I am now looking in another direction as I can't fit him into the family any other way.Thank you so much for all your help with my search. Janet
