The Monticello Express, Monticello, Iowa, Thursday, December 1st, 1889

Mr. Peter J. Hayen of Bowen’s Prairie, and Miss Lizzie Kellogg of this township, were united in marriage on the 23rd inst., at the M. E. parsonage in Monticello, by Rev. D. S. Staebler. Mr. Hayen is a prosperous young farmer, and Miss Kellogg is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Kellogg, who live a short distance east of Monticello.
