The Monticello Express, Monticello, Iowa, Thursday, July 11th, 1889

Miss Lenora Hitchcock, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Len Hitchcock of Wayne Township was married yesterday afternoon at the residence of her parents, to Mr. Frank Merriam, the principal to the Hopkinton schools, Rev. C. C. Potter officiating. About one hundred and twenty-five guests were present at the wedding, including a number form Monticello. The Express adds its congratulations.
