Donald Breneman, 86, of Coralville, Iowa formerly of Riverside, passed away at Lantern Park Specialty Care Saturday, August 10, 2024. A graveside service will be held at a later date at Atlantic Iowa Cemetery.

Don was born January 16, 1938 in Boone, Iowa, the son of Paul and Ethel Breneman. He joined the Air Force in 1957, while stationed in France he met his future wife Anne Mueller. They were married in 1969 while attending The University of Iowa. After graduating from the University, Don worked for the Federal Government at The Department of Labor and Department of the Army. He served with the National Guard Bureau retiring in 1993 after 36 years. Don and Anne enjoyed their life raising German Shepherd Dogs and showing them in competitions. They also enjoyed going to Casinos.

Don is survived by his sister, Linda Leistad of North Liberty; Nieces, Ingrid Bauman, CA, Lilian Muller, Paris, France, and Nephew, Dejohn Ballman.
