Donald Ray Hagedorn, 18-months old, passed away unexpectedly on March 24, 2024.

Donald was born on August 27, 2022, to his loving parents John and Sarah (Linahon) Hagedorn of North Liberty. He was a loved little brother to his two older siblings, Heather (9) and George (7).He also leaves behind two large loving families on both his mom and dad’s side of the family.

Donald’s life was beautiful because of his contagious joy. He was the happiest baby. He was loving and selfless and full of energy. He loved meeting new people and making new friends. Everyday he would greet people with a hug. Heather and George were his best friends. He loved to play outside and chase after his siblings and neighbors. He loved reading books and exploring everything. He was a very happy and joyful baby. He will forever be in our hearts.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at 10:30 am at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Solon, where visitation will be held on Monday, April 1, 2024 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to Donald’s family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to John and Sarah Hagedorn and can be made on Venmo: @Sarah-Hagedorn-7 (3866).
