Charles L. Fackler, 77, formerly of Iowa City, died Friday June 25, 2004 at the VA Hospital in Knoxville, Iowa.

Visitation will be on Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00pm at Lensing Funeral & Cremation Service 605 Kirkwood Ave. Iowa City. Graveside services will be held 9:00 a.m. on Friday at Oak Hill Cemetery in Coralville, where the Iowa City American Legion will conduct military services.

Charles was born July 24, 1926, the son of Roy and Florence Fackler.

Survivors include; two sons, Jim Fackler of Oxford, Iowa and Dave Fackler of Tiffin, Iowa and one daughter, Pam Fackler.
