Beverly Jones, 64 of 3522 Rohret Road died Sunday, March 21, 2004 at her home with her family by her side after a battle with cancer.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church with Rev. Rudy Berndt officiating. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 3:00 to 8:00pm at Lensing’s Oakhill 210 Holiday Road Coralville where a parish Vigil Service will be held at 6:00p.m. Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the Beverly A. Jones memorial Fund.

Beverly was born February 1, 1940 in Iowa City, Iowa the daughter of Lewis and Adalaide (Nelson) Stevens. She attended St. Patrick High School. Beverly was a member of the Catholic Order of Foresters. She always enjoyed being outside and meeting people. Her favorite hobby was spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Matthew Jones and his wife Lena of Coralville ; Randy Jones of Iowa City; her Mother, Adelaide Stevens of Iowa City; one brother, Keith Stevens and his wife Marlene of Hills, Iowa; grandchildren; Jeremy, Lewis and Lukas Jones of Coralville. She was also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Beverly was preceded in death by her father and her grandparents.
