Wilma Allen Wed To Wayne Kinney
OXFORD-- St. Mary's church at Oxford was the scene Wednesday for the marriage of Wilma Darlene Allen, daughter of Frank Allen, to Wayne T. Kinney, son of Mr. and Mrs. Francis Kinney of Williamsburg.

Baskets of fall-colored mums provided the setting for the double-ring service read at 9 a.m. by the Rev. P.J. Ryan.

Miss Darlene Kinney and Mrs. Kenneth Schropp, both of Iowa City, were the bride's attendants, Roy Duffy of Iowa City served as best man and Kenneth Schropp was groomsman. Ushers were Gordon Kinney of Iowa City and Sylvester Stockman.

Chantilly lace over satin formed the gown worn by the bride. It had a nylon tulle yoke outlined with pleated nylon and iridescent sequins, long sleeves and a [?]lor train. Her fingertip veil was caught to a cap of toile and lace and she carried a bouquet of red roses. Her attendants' gowns of sea blue and amethyst rose were made of lace over taffeta. They wore lace crowns trimmed with iridescent sequins and carried colonial bouquets of white carnations.

Marlene and Earlis Stockman acted as flower girl and ring bearer. Music was provided by Mrs. Helen Saxton, organist, and Merle Stockman and James Holland, vocalists.

The reception was given in St. Mary's auditorium. The couple will live at the home of the bride's father and Mr. Kinney will continue farming.
