The marriage of Lieutenant Thomas C. Murphy and Miss Marian Marquadt took place at Des Moines last Saturday. The bride is a descendant of a family well known in Iowa City. The groom is a former Red Oak man, and a graduate of the university. They plan to visit friends here after a trip to Chicago. Iowa City friends congratulate the young couple.
