Isaac Lynch, death 1847?

I saw on the unknown burial page of this website that a no name Lynch was listed in a guardianship file for minors Allen and Jane in 1847. My ancestor Isaac Lynch had children Allen and Jane who would've been minors when he died. Family lore says he died in 1850 in Jefferson County but the only proof we have regarding the date is that he does NOT appear in the 1850 census with his wife, so 1847 is a possible year of death. I'm wondering if someone has a copy of this guardianship file or anything else regarding Isaac.
