JUNE ELNORA JOHNSON

Juen Elnora JOHNSON, the 7-year-old daughter of Carl JOHNSON, residing on a farm 6 miles southwest of this city, passed away Wednesday night at 9:50 o'clock at the hospital in Macomb, Ill., where she had submitted to a mastoid operation Monday.

The funeral services were held this afternoon at 4 oclock from the Hoskins funeral home in charge of Dr. U. S. Smith with burial in Evergreen cemetery.

June Elnora in company with her older sister, Helen Marie, had been spending their vacation with their aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Otis D. GARMOE of Colchester, Ill., and with other relatives there and she had only been ill for about three weeks. Her mother, who was formerly Miss Hazel GLOTFELTY, passed away July 11, 1929. She is survived by her father, sister and her grandmother, Mrs. Elnora GLOTFELTY of this city and her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. W. R. JOHNSON of Birmingham.
