MRS. JOHN JOHNSON DIED AT BIRMINGHAM

Mrs. John JOHNSON, died at her home in Birmingham at 10 oclock last night following an illness of over a year's duration. She is survived by her husband, and two sons, Raymond and Lee both at home and a sister Mrs. John GOSSICK of this city.

Funeral services will be held at 2 oclock tomorrow afternoon at the Christian church in charge of Rev. R. H. Polly. Interment will be in Evergreen cemetery.

Mrs. John JOHNSON

Emma TEETER, daughter of Theodore and Mary E. TEETER, was born near Marion, Iowa, August 27, 1876fi (sic), and departed this life at her home near Birmingham, Iowa, November 23, 1922, aged 46 years, 2 months and 27 days.

On June 25, 1903 she was united in marriage with John JOHNSON of Packwood, Iowa, where they lived for several years then moved to their present home near Birmingham.

To this union were born two sons, J. Raymond and Frederick Lee, who with the husband and father are left to mourn her departure. She is also survived by two sisters and one brother, Mrs. John GOSSICK of Fairfield, Mrs. Ezra BROBSTON of Libertyville and J. Edward TEETER, of Kansas City, Mo.

Mrs. JOHNSON united with the Christian church at Packwood, Iowa and later transferred her membership to the Fairfield Christian church. She died as she lived with strong faith in her Saviour.

Funeral services were conducted from the Christian church Saturday afternoon by her pastor, Rev. R. H. Polly. Interment was made in the Evergreen cemetery.
