LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF JOHN T. HUEY, Dated 11 August 1864; Filed 23 August 1864.

".... I wish my body to be placed in a metallic coffin and buried by the side of the bodies of my daughters Maggie and Lucy, and the lot to be kept in good repair. Should the present ground in Fairfield cease to be used as a graveyard or suffered to fall into decay and neglect, then my remains, together with those of my children, to be removed to the cemetery at Washington, Penna., there to be placed either in the lot purchased for father and mother, or if deemed best another lot purchased for the purpose...."

"I give my medical library to Dr. John ALEXANDER of St. Clairsville, Ohio, as a slight mark of gratitude for the many favors I have received from him.
