Knoxville – Frank O. Gulling, 77, a long-time resident of the Runnells area, died Friday morning at Collins Hospital, Knoxville. He was born Jan. 20, 1893.
Surviving are his wife, Edith; six sons and six daughters, including Ronald Gulling and Mrs. Florence Wardwell, both of Des Moines; 50 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one sister and three brothers.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m., Monday, at the Evans-Arlington Chapel, conducted by the Rev. M. H. Mooberry. Burial was in the Vandalia Cemetery.
