Stanley Morris Battles, 72 of Moyie Springs, Idaho, passed away on Wednesday, March 5th.
Stanley was born in Des Moines, IA on June 12, 1941, and had lived in several surrounding towns while growing up. He graduated from Mingo High School. Stanley worked for Wright Tree Service, and also Aspen Tree Service and in the last several years has done produce work and was a buyer for several restaurants.
Stanley was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Emma Battles and one sister, Carolyn Frederick.
Stanley is survived by his brother Keith (Mary) Battles of Crossville, TN., and sister Linda (Jim) Buttery of Rogers, Ark., and his brother in law Norman Frederick. Also his daughter Shawna (Jake) and his grandchildren, Cody and Madison of St. Marys, Idaho. Also Linda Kimball of Des Moines, IA., Larry (Evelyn) Bowers of Colorado Springs, CO., Fred and (Max) Bowers of Bondurant, IA., and Dennis and (Sue) Bowers of Tacoma, WA. Also many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Stanley was loved by all of us and will be truly missed.
