Bette Revell, 86, of Las Vegas, NV passed away recently at the Odyssey Hospice Las Vegas. As per her request, her body was donated to science no service is planned. Memorials may be sent to 1701 Silver, Las Vegas, NV. 89102

Bette, daughter of Raymond B. and Vera B. (Winters) Wyatt was born and raised in Newton, IA. She graduated from Newton High School. She was united in marriage with Robert Revell Jr. 3/07/1947. They had one daughter, Susan Revell Lura. Bette worked many years until retirement for American Republic Insurance in Des Moines.

Bette loved life, reading 3 books a week and was a member of 2 bowling leagues (scoring over 200 several times). Las Vegas shows and traveling were also fun for her and the family.

Survived by her daughter, Susan and four grandchildren, Jason (Carmen) Lura of Montana, Jessica Lura (Corey) Jones of Las Vegas, Jillian Lura (Tim) Brennan of Washington DC and Jake (Ashley) Lura of Tennessee. Bette was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son in law, Mick Lura, sister, Helen Wyatt and two brothers, Jack and Dick Wyatt.
