Kendall B. Shepherd, 72, passed away Tuesday, March 9, 2021, surrounded by his loved ones. Kendall loved fishing, hunting, bowling, barbering, telling wild stories, and making people laugh. He is preceded in death by a half- brother, Harold O’Callahan, of St. Joseph, MO; his father, J. Daughn Shepherd of Newton, IA; his mother, Verna Shepherd, Newton, IA.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy Shepherd of Hot Springs Village, AR; son, Michael Shepherd (Michelle) and his family in South Dakota; his daughter, Heather Elliott (Jaime) and her family of Jessieville, AR; daughter, Jennifer Day (Travis) and her family in Columbia, MO.; half- brothers and sisters: Joe Shepherd, Dennis and Duane Adams, Candy Haskell, Cindy Hicks; 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Kendall, owner of Kendall’s Barbershop, was a valued member of the community and a member of Faith Fellowship Church.
A celebration of Kendall’s life will be held at a later date.
