Dorothy M. Gulling of Runnells died of pneumonia August 16 at Des Moines General Hospital. Services were held August 19 at Runnells Christian Church, with burial in Vandalia Cemetery. She was 73.
Mrs. Gulling was a homemaker and had lived in Runnells all her life.
Survivors include her husband, Roy; a son, Donnie of Des Moines; two daughters, Barb Calhoun of Runnells and Karen Warren of Norwalk; four brothers, John Wallace of Runnells, Frances “Pete” Wallace of Newton, Arthur Wallace of Colfax and Russell Wallace of Newton; a sister, Violet Bankes of Colfax; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Runnells Fire Department.
