Thelma Ilene "Swisher" Bishop the daughter of Virgil L Swisher and Opal Vivian (Davis) Swisher was born at Skiff Memorial Hospital in Newton, Iowa in 1939. Thelma passed away in 2019 in Wichita Kansas.
Thelma is survived by husband Roger E Bishop of Wichita, Kansas and grandson Sean Nathan Bishop of East Bremerton, Washington. Twin sons Rick Lee and Donald Duane McNew of Newton, Iowa, sister Darlene Vivian (Swisher) Stoner of Prairie City, Iowa. Thelma was predeceased by her parents, her in-laws Hugh and Mamie Bishop and daughter Sheryl (Hargan) Kleinschrodt all of Newton Iowa. Burial of cremated remains at Newton Memorial Park Cemetery Newton, Iowa.
