Jack Michael Bradshaw, 52, of Prairie City, died at his home Tuesday, December 22, 1992.
Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, December 26 at Walters-Coburn Funeral Home in Prairie City. The Rev. Edward Susic, pastor of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Colfax, conducted the services. Cremation followed the services. His ashes will be scattered over the Pacific Ocean.
Survivors include his wife, the former Emilie Sifrit; three sons, Joseph Bradshaw, Raymond Bradshaw and David Sille, all of Prairie City; a daughter, Maria Bradshaw of Prairie City; his mother, Jessie Bradshaw of Mountain Home, Idaho; and a sister, Patricia Helt of Mountain Home, Idaho.
He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Joe Bradshaw.
Mr. Bradshaw had been a Navy submarine officer for 20 years until his retirement in 1979.
He was born December 31, 1939 in Denver, Colorado.
