Miss Emma Fallgatter was called home to Elma Monday of this week on account of the death of her grandfather, Mr. Beaumaster. He died near Oelwein, Ia., and the body was brought to Elma Tuesday, the funeral services being held there Friday.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows this was William and that he was born September 24, 1829.
