The wedding of Joseph Soukup and Mary Chyle was announced at the Holy Trinity church Sunday.

CHYLE-SOKUP.{sic}
The marriage of Miss Mary B. Chyle and Joseph A. Soukup was solemnized at the Holy Trinity church, Tuesday January 23, 1917, at 10:30 A. M. Rev. Rudolph Lakomy performed the ceremony.
The bride was attended by the groom’s sister, Miss Clara, and the groom by the bride’s brother, Wenceslaus.
After the ceremony a reception was tendered the happy couple at the home of the bride’s parents. In the evening the young, and older folks as well, gathered in Beseda opera house and all enjoyed themselves dancing to music of the P. B. orchestra.
The bride is the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Chyle and is an accomplished young lady of rare grace and refinement. The groom is the only son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph F. Soukup of Spillville and is an estimable young gentleman. The young couple will go to housekeeping on the groom’s farm, where the best wishes of their many friends go with them.
