The following marriage licenses were issued during the past week by Clerk Blandin:
Fred L. Morris, 19, Cresco,
Ruth L. Peckham, 21, Cresco.

On Friday evening, Jan. 17, at the residence of the officiating clergyman, Rev. John Gammons, Mr. Fred D. Morris and Miss Ruth L. Peckham.
These young people are numbered among Cresco’s best. The bride is a daughter of Mrs. Lillian Peckham, having been born and raised in this community. She is an accomplished young lady, graduating from the Cresco High School in the class of 1911.
The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. George Morris of this city. He was born here, but spent several years in Colorado, returning here about a year ago.
The bride and groom have hosts of friends who wish them bon voyage on life's matrimonial sea. Their home will be in Cresco.
