MARRIED
Tuesday morning at St. Joseph’s church occurred the marriage of Miss Barbara Schneider and Robert Germann, Rev. Father Wagner officiating.
Miss Maggie Schneider and Henry Schneider, sister and brother of the bride, and Mary Germann and Adolph Germann, sister and brother of the groom, were the attendants of the bridal couple.
The bride made a charming appearance in a gown of white silk net over white satin, with a white net veil and a wreath of carnations.
The bridesmaids were attired, one in a pink Jap silk, the other in a flowered pink silk.
After the ceremony the bridal party with their guests repaired to the home of the bride, where a wedding dinner was served to about 75 relatives and immediate friends.
In the evening a reception was held at the home, to which the young friends of Mr. and Mrs. Germann were invited.
The bride is a daughter of the late Henry Schneider, and has always resided in this vicinity, a young lady possessed of all the sterling qualities which will make her a true wife and, which will make her a true wife and helpmate.
The groom, although a complete stranger to us, has by his manly ways made many friends here, who consider him well worthy of the bride he has chosen.
Mr. and Mrs. Germann will continue to reside in this community, expecting to reside on the home farm.
Among the out of town guests at the wedding were the parents of the groom, three brothers and a sister, an uncle and three cousins from Minnesota, and Mr. and Mrs. Adam Schneider, of Milwaukee, a brother of the bride.
The Plain Dealer joins their many friends in extending congratulations and best wishes for a prosperous future.
