Ben Logsdon Married.
Our neighbor and friend, Ben Logsdon has decided to become a Benedict. This afternoon at the Methodist parsonage Rev W. M. Lemen will tie the nuptial knot that will unite in marriage Mr. Logsdon and Miss Mayme Lewis of Cresco. Ben is the only son of Mr. and Mrs. T. P. Logsdon of this city. Though he has lived in Decorah a rather short time, he has a large number of friends and acquaintances here who hold him in high regard and will wish him the fairest weather on the matrimonial sea. His bride is a comparative stranger in Decorah, but from Cresco come reports that she is a young lady of fine womanly character and disposition and worthy the man of her choice. Mr. and Mrs. Logsdon will work the farm of the groom’s father formerly called the C. N. Volding place.—Decorah Journal Jan. 30.
The PLAIN DEALER joins with the many friends of the young couple in wishing them a long and prosperous life.
