Borseth-Benson Wedding.
On Wednesday, Jan. 28th, at the home of the bride’s mother, Mrs. Ben Benson, in Bluffton township, occurred the marriage of Annie Benson and Emiel Borseth, Rev. Figenbaum, of the Cresco Lutheran church officiating, and attended by only the nearest relatives of the couple.
Following the ceremony, a wedding dinner was served and the afternoon and evening spent in social chat and dancing.
The bride, gowned in blue silk messaline and carrying white roses was attended by Clara Hovey and Marie Benson, cousins of the bride. The groom was attended by Oliver Benson and Martin Borseth, brothers respectively of the bride and groom.
The young couple were the recipients of many useful presents. They will commence housekeeping on the John Hovey farm.
