James Aspeden died at his home in Washington Township three miles southwest of Riverton on Sunday and was buried today at 10 o'clock.

Mr. Aspeden had lived in that community for several years and was well known throughout the south part of the county.

Charles Leffier and family attended the funeral of James Aspeden at Riverton last Tuesday. Mr. Aspeden lived on the Batman farm at one time and was well knowing this community.
