The will of W. L. Aten who died intestate July 10th. The will was filed, opened and read by the clerk of the district court. The testator after providing for the payment of his debts bequeath to his wife the use of his property, real and personal during her life time, and if there be any left at her death, it to go to Clarence Aten, his son.
