Robert Lee Douglas was born on June 10, 1954 in Estherville, Iowa to Dale and Viola (Lempke) Douglas. He passed away on March 5, 2021 in Rochester, Minnesota at the age of 66 years.

Robert graduated from Sentral High School in 1973.

Bob worked for local farmers during the summer, Meyers' gas station in Fenton,Iowa, Curtis 1000 in Mason City,Iowa and for SnapOn Tools in Algona, Iowa.

Private family services were held.

In his free time, Bob enjoyed fishing, hunting, taking his boat out, playing cards, photography, going to casinos, watching sports in Emmetsburg,Iowa and shooting off fireworks. In his later years, he showed his nephew Mick, great-nephews, Kevin, Sean and Diedrick how to shoot them off. He also enjoyed going to the Spencer Fair, shooting clay pigeons, spending time with friends and family and traveling. He enjoyed his trip to Hawaii with his Mom and trips to Alaska and Canada.

Bob is survived by his siblings, John (Vickie) Douglas of Bondurant, Iowa, Janet (David) Bolte of Cylinder, Iowa, and Connie (Mark) Aaron of Burt, Iowa; his nephews, John (Chris) Douglas Jr. of Altoona, Iowa, and Michail Aaron, of Burt, Iowa; his nieces, Christina (Jeff) Meissner of Ankeny, Iowa and Wendy (Todd) Schnieders of Whittemore, Iowa; as well as several great nieces and nephews, and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Dale and Viola (Lempke) Douglas.
