Paul A. Keck, 92, of Fort Pierce, Fla., passed away at his residence Monday, Nov. 18, 2013.

Mr. Keck was born in St. Paul, Minn., Dec. 28, 1920. His parents were Walter and Lenice Keck.

Paul, at the age of 15, worked at his first job at the Sach and Door Company in Dubuque. When he turned 21, he went to work for The Dubuque Meat Packing Co. There he retired in 1982 after 41 years of service. At this point in his life, he and his wife, Lois A. Keck, traveled around the country until settling in Florida.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Russel Keck.

Survivors include his wife Lois Blakeman Keck, of Fort Pierce; daughter, Karen Jean Fishnick, of North Carolina; three sons, Rande S. Keck, of Dubuque, Jay A. Keck, of Fort Pierce, and Terry L. Keck, of Fort Pierce; 10 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
