DAVENPORT - Floyd Edgar Winegarden, 67, Davenport, formerly of Burlington, died Friday, Nov. 9, at Mercy hospital in Davenport.

He was born in Amsterdam, N.Y. (2-01-1906), the son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Winegarden. He owned a bicycle store in Davenport and was a member of the Grace Methodist church and the Isaac Walton League. He married Ferris Wagler in 1928 in Burlington.

Surviving: The wife; two daughters, Mrs. Joyce Templeman, West Des Moines, Mrs. Carol Harrison, Bellevue, Neb.; two brothers, Louis and Lester, and two sisters, Mrs. Addie Kurtz and Mrs. Mable Broeg, all of Burlington; four grandchildren.

Funeral: 11:30 p.m. Monday, Runge chapel, Davenport, followed by 3 p.m. committal rites in Memorial Park cemetery, Burlington.
