Joseph Wagler, 93, of Denver, Colo., formerly of the Burlington area, died Thursday, Dec. 9, 1993, at the Briar Wood Health Care Center in Denver.
Born Feb. 23, 1900, in Coffey County, Kan., he was the son of C.T. (Christian T.) and Mary Wagler.
Survivors include two daughters, Nancy Acosta of Denver and Doris Longo of Berwyn, Ill.; two brothers, A. Paul Wagler and Robert J. Wagler of Burlington; one sister, Tillie Frank of Burlington; five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn, one son, four brothers, one sister and his parents.
The funeral for Mr. Wagler will be Monday at Apostolic Christian Church in Aurora, Colo.
Moore-Howard Mortuary of Denver is in charge of services.
