Mrs. Emma Wusso Died Thursday

Mrs. Emma Margaret Wusso, who has resided on the Agency road, near Burlington, for the past 19 years, died at Mercy hospital at 3:55 p.m. Thursday after an extended illness. She was admitted to the hospital last Monday.

Born in Des Moines county Feb. 2, 1875, she was the daughter of William and Louise Rasche Schroeder. She was married to William Wusso in Des Moines county on Feb. 17, 1897, and for many years the couple resided on a farm northwest of Burlington. She was a member of the First Evangelical church.

Surviving are the husband; 3 sisters, Mrs. Mathilda Knehans, Bonaparte. Ia., Mrs. Clara Mehmken, Henderson county, Ill., Mrs. Ada Wallentine, of Danville; 2 brothers, Charles Schroeder, of Danville, and Fred Schroeder, of Cottage Grove, Ore. Her parents, 3 sisters and one brother preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held from Prugh's chapel at 2 p.m. Sunday. Rev. J. H. Buescher will officiate, and burial will be in Aspen Grove cemetery.
