BURLINGTON CITY.
(P. O. BURLINGTON)DORAN, R. E., mattress manufacturer, at No. 618 Jefferson st.; he was born Oct. 15, 1848, in Henry Co., Iowa, and moved to Burlington in 1873. Enlisted in the 1st Kansas Battery in February, 1863, and served till the close of the war ; was in all of the battles that his regiment participated in. He married July, 1868, Emma E. Hepburn ; they have three children—Franklin, Susan and Harriet M.
