Velma C. Kramer, 93, of Dexter died of a heart ailment Wednesday at Stuart Community Care Center. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Dexter United Methodist Church, of which she was a member. Burial will be in Dexter Cemetery.

Mrs. Kramer was born in Greenfield and moved to Dexter in 1932. She retired as a nurse’s aide and was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and Dexter Garden Club.

Among survivors are a brother, Albert Smith of Tucson, Ariz.; a sister, Della Lemke of Casey; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Friends may call from 2 to 8 pm today at Kuhn Funeral Home, where the family will meet friends from 6 to 8 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to her church.
