Trying to get a copy of Will

Hello,
I am trying to figure out how to get a copy of the will for Ferdinand Grage, which the website says exists with the County Clerk. I know there is a mailing address for them on this website, but the link takes me to Clinton the town and not the County. I'm also trying to try to find out how to get the birth and or death certificate for Ferndinand's son, Lewis (also spelled Louis) He was born ca. 1879 and died in 1904. Any information would be appreciated. I am willing to donate if anyone is willing to put hands on these items and send me copies. Thank you so much.
