Bounds, William Scott Ziegler "Billy Bounds"

ALBANY, Ill. — William Scott “Billy Bounds” Ziegler Bounds, 21, of Albany, died Thursday, January 29, 2009, in Clinton, IA, as a result of an automobile accident. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 4th, 2009, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church’s Parish Hall; the South Chapel of Lemke Funeral Homes is in charge of arrangements. Cremation rites were accorded. He was born September 28, 1987, in Clinton, IA, to Robert L. and Donna L. (Bounds) Ziegler. He was the owner and an apprentice of the Sleeve Weasels Tattoo Parlor in Rock Island, IL. He was also a temporary employee at Ralston Purina in Clinton, IA Survivors include his father, Robert “Ted” Ziegler, Albany, IL; one brother, James Bounds, Albany, IL; paternal grandmother, Muriel Ziegler, Malverne, NY; one niece, Hailey Bounds; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.He was preceded in death by his mother, Donna L.
