MOUNT VERNON — Dennis Kougias, 63, of Mount Vernon, died Sunday at his home. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Zion Lutheran Church, Clinton. Visitation will be noon until the service time Thursday. The Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.Death date: Jan. 11, 2009
