Robert F. French, age 66 SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Robert “Bob” French passed away Monday, January 12, 2009, due to complications from a recent surgery. He was born in Clinton, Iowa, and was raised in Gonzalez, CA. Bob was a long time resident of Visalia, CA, before setting-up residence in Sacramento, CA. Bob was a veteran of the United States Army, formerly a small business owner, and most recently the manager of American Corporate Security in Sacramento. Over the past two years, Bob was a proud member and officer of the Elks Lodge in Roseville, CA. He is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth William French of Iowa. He is survived by his wife, Anita French of Sacramento; his mother, Vivian French of Visalia; and his brother, William “Bill” French of Visalia. He is also survived by his children: son, Robert French and his wife, Michelle; daughter, Michelle Day and her husband, Scott; son, Michael French and his wife, Alphie; son, Ken French and his wife, Kim, all of Visalia. His daughter, Michaela Pangritz and her husband, Gernot, are residents of Germany. In addition to his children, he is survived by 11 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed.A memorial service will be held at the Elks Lodge in Roseville, CA, on Saturday, January 24th, at 12:00 p.m. The address is 3000 Brady Ln. Roseville, CA 95747.
