The Clinton Herald Thursday May 14, 1942 p. 5 Frank Henry Krambeck, 50, 2202 Garfield street, died at 5 p.m. Wednesday in his home after a short illness. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Pape funeral home where the body reposes. The Rev. J. Albert Clark of the Commjnity church will be in charge, and burial will be in Oakland cemetery. Frank Henry Krambeck, son of Henry and Mary Krambeck, was born June 28, 1891, in Rock Island, Ill., and in March 1910, married Miss Josephine Waspi in Rock Island. He came to Clinton about five years ago from Davenport and has been employed as a tailor by the Martin Morris Co. He was a member of Edwards Congregational church in Davenport. Survivors are the widow; one daughter, Mrs. M.J. Dowdon of Davenport; five sons, Karl of Davenport, Donald F and Jack D., of Clinton, Paul of the U.S. marines and Stanley of the U.S. navy stationed in Pearl Harbor, T.H.; three brothers, Walter A. Krambeck and George A. Krambeck of Davenport, and Ralph in the east; a sister, Mrs.W. King of Davenport, and two grandchildren, James Lee Krambeck and Jack W. Krambeck of Clinton.
