MOUNT CARROLL, Ill. — Ernest “Ernie” L. Katzenberger, 95, of Mount Carroll, died Tuesday at Freeport Health Network Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Frank-Law-Jones Funeral Home, Mount Carroll, with Pastor Rick Zickefoose officiating. Burial will take place in Oak Hill Cemetery, Mount Carroll. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the Frank-Law-Jones Funeral Home, Mount Carroll. An additional visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the funeral service. Death date: Dec. 23, 2008
