Charles S. Betbeze, Jr., 831 Virginia St., age 46, passed away this morning, Sept. 30, 1958, at his residence. Born in Little Port, Iowa, on Sept. 14, 1912, Mr. Betbeze had lived in Racine for the past 25 years.

He was a veteran of World War II, and had been employed at the U.S. Post Office for 23 years and for the past six years had been Supervisor of Motor Vehicles. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1391, was Past Commander of the V.F.W. Post 1391, was Past Seam Squirrel of the M.O.C. Pup Tent No. 5 and was Treasurer of V.F.W. Board of Directors.

Surviving are his wife, Theresa; one daughter, Patty Jo; one son, Charles III, all of Racine; mother, Mrs. Hattie Betbeze of Slidell, La.; several aunts and uncles.

Funeral arrangements are being completed by the Acklam Funeral Home, 729 Grand Ave.
