Elkader Register, 24 Feb. 1882. Elkport column.

Henry Rath [sic] died of Lung fever, on Thursday, Feb. 21st; aged about 40 years. He leaves a wife and several children to mourn his loss. The funeral occurred Wednesday, Rev. Dornseif officiating.
