Funeral services were held from the Gill chapel to the County Corners cemetery on Wednesday, August 15, at 2:00 p.m. for Mrs. Minnie Anna Steele, 86, who died at the Moser nursing home on Monday, August 13, at 8:00 where she had been residing for the past six years.

Born in Wisconsin on April 06, 1870, she was the daughter of Edward and Jane (Kissel) Moyle. She was married to Thomas Steele in Manchester and four children were born to them. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, four sisters and four brothers.

She is survived by her four children: Mrs. Floyd Farnum (Pearl) of Lovelock, Nevada; Robert Steele of Aurora; John Steele of Syracuse, N.Y.; and Oscar Steele of Arlington.

The Rev. Wayne Carlson was the officiating pastor.
