Milton F. Hein, Elkader farmer, died Tuesday, Feb. 25 at General hospital in Prairie du Chien, Wis. Funeral arrangements are being made by the Witt funeral home. Services will be held Friday, Feb. 28, at 2 p.m. at Peace E. and R. church with the Rev. Robert Jacobs officiating.

Hein was born at Dubuque on December 08, 1904, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Fred Hein. On August 09, 1930, he was united in marriage to Virginia Danner, to which union were born nine children.

He is survived by his wife and seven children: Milton, Jr., of Washington, D.C.; Bruce and Marlene of Los Angeles; and Richard, Davie, Diane and Howard at home. He also leaves three grandchildren and one sister, Melvina of Dubuque. Two daughters died in infancy.
